DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Carmenkeramik is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Spain
We offer complimentary Seur, DHL or Correos delivery to the whole peninsula and Balearic Islands. Delivery to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla costs €9,90 via Seur, DHL or Correos.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and are normally delivered the next 3-4 business day between 9am and 5pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by Seur, DHL or Correos so that you can rearrange delivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.
Europe
We offer complimentary delivery to EU (excluding Spain) via Seur or DHL Express.
Delivery to Rest of Europe costs €14,90 via DHL and is subject to duties and taxes, see below. Orders for delivery to Europe will take 2-7 business days, depending on the country. See below.
Rest of the world
Delivery to Rest of The World costs €35 via DHL and is subject to duties and taxes, see below. Orders for delivery to the USA will take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will take up to 7 business days.
Any delivery dates or order deadlines shown on the Carmenkeramik website are only a guide to help you receive your Bespoke purchases on time. Please consider local public holidays or delivery restrictions that may impact your delivery time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You will have a further 15 days from the submission date of your RMA to return the goods. Please send an email to hola@carmenkeramik.com attaching you order reference number to request a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA).
Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
At the end of the ordering process, you will be requested to click on “Purchase” to confirm your purchase. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to Carmenkeramik for processing. Your order cannot be modified or cancelled except in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale or with the provisions set out by Spanish law. Confirmation of your order implies your acceptance of the whole Terms and Conditions of Sale. You will be sent an email with the details of your order.
Any data registered by the www.carmenkeramik.com website will serve as proof of the transactions carried out between Carmenkeramik and its customers.
Orders to acquire Carmenkeramik products can only be made by natural persons and companies with no intention of resale. Any resale or distribution of Carmenkeramik products purchased from the www.carmenkeramik.com website is strictly forbidden.
